Cancellation Policy

We strive to ship all orders as soon as possible. For this reason, if you want to cancel or change your kids beds and children's furniture order, you must cancel your order within 24 hours after placing your order.

After this time period, your order cannot be canceled. However, you may return the item subject to that item's return policy.

In order to request a cancellation or make a change to your order you must call 860-642-7790 and speak directly to a customer service representative. Order cancellations will not be accepted via email or left via voice mail.
